Evolution Aqua Eazy Pod & Eazy Pod Air
The Evolution Aqua Eazy Pod range are part of the Nexus family, the EazyPod is a mechanical and biological filter system for ponds up to 10,000 litres.

The Evolution Aqua Eazy Pod Filter can be supplied in either grey or grey green. If you have a preference please let us know. The basic Evolution Aqua Eazy Pod does not include an air pump or UV.
When installing a new filter for your pond we recommend the use of Evolution Aqua PURE+ Filter Start Gel to kick start the biological filter.
For on going maintenance pond pure balls are a great product.
The Eazy Pod Filters from Evolution Aqua is an easy to use and easy to clean filter for garden ponds. Utilizing the static K1 media, the filter offers enhanced biological benefits and can be used solely as a mechanical waste filter.
The Evolution Aqua Eazy Pod Filter provides effortless mechanical and biological filtration with a quick and easy cleaning cycle.
The filter is also ideal for use in a quarantine system, as a pre-filter, a polisher or on a skimmer line. It can be used as both pump fed or gravity fed system.
How it works
Water from the pond enters the EazyPod Complete via the inlet, cascading around the 18 Watt UV-C bulb (on UV models), where any algae will be exposed to the UV-C radiation.
The water then flows around the circumference of the outer chamber of the EazyPod Complete, passing through the stainless steel grill causing many of the larger solids to be filtered out and settle in the base of the outer chamber. This is the first stage of mechanical filtration.
As water enters the central chamber, through the stainless steel grill, the fine smaller solids become trapped in the mass of K1 Micro. Bio-films build up on the protected surface area within each piece of media, allowing biological filtration to take place.
After passing through the K1 Micro, the clean water then rises and overflows into the inner return pipe and flows back to the pond via the outlet.
The EazyPod Complete is incredibly simple to clean. The connected air pump is used during the cleaning cycle to agitate the K1 Micro to free up any debris and waste that has built up within the filter.
All EazyPod Complete models are supplied with a 70 litre per minute air pump and accessory kit.

The Evolution Aqua Eazy Pod Complete brings all the benefits of the eazy pod but also includes a 18w UV clarifier which kills suspended algae to help keep your water clear. We recommend the use of UV in all garden ponds.

system for garden ponds up to 10,000 litres.
A control box fitted to the side of the filter contains an adjustable timer that initiates a cleaning cycle automatically – even when you’re not there!
Cleaning Cycle
Cleaning is fully automated on the EazyPod Automatic, and is controlled by a built-in timer, which is factory set at one clean every 3 days, however, this is easily adjustable to fit in with your pond requirements. The EazyPod Automatic will run a cleaning cycle which lasts approximately 6 and a half minutes.
